Can it be setup alone?
Yes. The Summit uses a simple single-pole design, and most people can set it up solo in 15–20 minutes.
Is the tent waterproof?
Yes. The polycotton canvas is water-proof and the PVC groundsheet keeps the interior dry.
Does it come with everything I need to set it up?
Yes, absolutely. The Summit Bell Tent includes everything you need to create a proper outdoor shelter — the canvas tent body, centre pole, groundsheet, guy ropes, strong metal pegs, and a durable carry bag. No additional tools or accessories are required. You can take it outdoors and set up a fully functional shelter right out of the bag.
Is there a groundsheet included?
Yes. The tent comes with an integrated waterproof PVC groundsheet for extra protection and cleanliness.
Can I use it for glamping or events?
Absolutely. Its elegant design makes it perfect for glamping sites, backyard stays, or pop-up experiences.
What’s the warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year warranty on stitching and materials. Damage due to misuse or extreme conditions is not covered.
Can I carry this tent for trekking?
The Summit is designed for base camping and glamping. It’s not ideal for lightweight trekking due to its robust construction.
Do you ship across India? International?
Yes, we ship pan-India and we also do International shipping.
Warranty Information
The Summit Bell Tent come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects only.
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Issues with stitching.
- Faulty waterproofing.
- Missing parts.
What’s Not Covered
Due to the nature of outdoor use, the warranty does not cover:
- Any damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Bent or broken poles due to strong winds or storms.
- Misuse, improper handling, or incorrect setup.
Returns and Exchanges
- Once a tent is opened and set up, it is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or size exchange after the tent has been opened.
