Responsibilities:

Objective: To strengthen long-term relationships with ARMORO customers by improving retention, increasing lifetime value and delivering a thoughtful, service-oriented post-purchase experience. This role will also lead and grow ARMORO Black, the brand’s loyalty and community program.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage ARMORO Black, including member experience, engagement and program growth.
• Design and execute customer retention strategies to improve repeat purchase rates and lifetime value.
• Build structured customer communication journeys across email, WhatsApp and other CRM channels.
• Create automated flows for welcome journeys, post-purchase engagement, product education and reactivation.
• Develop loyalty initiatives including rewards, early access, exclusive offers and member-only experiences.
• Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with retention opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify retention and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor and improve customer service quality to ensure a supportive and positive brand experience.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze website behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Design and optimize the full customer journey from landing page to checkout.
• Run A/B tests on layouts, messaging, offers and purchase flows.
• Develop strategies to increase average order value through bundles, upsells and cross-sells.
• Improve retention through post-purchase experiences and repeat purchase initiatives.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to scale high-converting products and pages.
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, funnel performance and repeat purchase behavior.
Qualifications:
• Experience in e-commerce growth, conversion rate optimization or digital commerce strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta platforms.
• Plan and manage campaign funnels including prospecting, retargeting and scaling.
• Launch and manage ad campaigns including audience targeting, creatives, copy and tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, bids and audience segments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
• Conduct A/B tests across creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve results.
• Track campaign performance and generate regular reports on key metrics and insights.

Qualifications:
• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Proven track record of running profitable performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the Shopify backend and maintain overall website hygiene.
• Create and update products, collections, pricing and inventory.
• Upload banners, creatives and website content.
• Execute website updates for product launches and sales campaigns.
• Implement landing pages and promotional changes as required.
• Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing and stock visibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Shopify.
- Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows and website structure.
