What Is an ARMORO Scout?
An ARMORO Scout is not a salesperson, marketer or consultant.
A Scout is someone who already knows where real outdoor activity is happening — on the ground, in communities, beyond the obvious.
Scouts help ARMORO discover people, places, events, cultures and opportunities that genuinely align with Life Is Outside!
There is no script.
There are no presentations.
Only what’s real.
ARMORO designs products meant to be used in the real world. To stay honest and relevant, we need to stay close to:
- How people actually explore
- How communities truly function
- Where friction exists
- Where opportunity is emerging
Scouts help us see beyond our own walls.
They help us move with clarity, not assumption.
What You’ll Do
As an ARMORO Scout, you will:
- Lead one defined zone of India
- Identify people, communities and initiatives aligned with Life Is Outside!
- Start real conversations and open doors
- Surface collaboration opportunities
- Share insights and introductions directly with the Founder
Your role is to find signal in the noise.
How the Scout Program Works
- Duration: 100 days - 100 sunrises
- Structure: Independent and outcome-driven
- Reporting: Directly to the Founder
- Pace: Fast, flexible and self-managed
This is not about hours worked. It’s about meaninglful impact.
